Creation of a Voluntary Natural Reserve (VNR)

• With prefectoral agreement to classify the entire property (0.6 square mile). This will be a guarantee that no construction or development will deteriorate this natural site.
   

• Give Value to the natural and cultural heritage of this old industrial site by its reconversion to a natural state.
   

• Restore and regenerate a mediterranean forest in the lower part of the property in conjunction with the scientific and adminstrative communauties.
